My background as a veteran instilled discipline, patience, and an attention to detail—qualities that continue to shape how I work in the field. Years spent moving through varied terrain and unfamiliar environments have further refined my eye, teaching me to observe carefully, travel lightly, and wait for the right moment. I was taught by my mentor to truly understand light—the fundamental element every film emulsion or digital sensor records—as well as the relationships between line, form, and color within the viewfinder.
From my home studio in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, I produce archival fine art prints using the highest-quality materials available. Laying ink onto richly textured, heavyweight natural paper creates a powerful visual and tactile experience, allowing each image to achieve exceptional vibrancy and depth. Every print is produced with a border, signed and numbered to ensure its identity and long-term value, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
For presentation, I use American hardwood frames, 100% USA-made Crescent mat board, and conservation-grade glass. Unlike acrylic, glass resists scratching, remains easier to maintain over time, and is the standard used by galleries and museums. These choices reflect my commitment to craftsmanship and longevity, even when they come at a higher cost.
I am deeply grateful when one of my images—and the spirit in which it was created—resonates with you. My success has not been the result of luck alone, though fortune has smiled at times. It has been built through dedication, discipline, and hard work. Thank you for being part of that journey.
I create images that celebrate the spirit and enduring beauty of the American landscape. Like my father before me, photography is both my passion and my profession. My work is rooted in a fine art tradition, created with the intention of being displayed as framed pieces that invite lasting connection.
